Did not like the jewellery you purchased? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No worries.
We understand that sometimes customers purchase fashion products and later decide not to wear them. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we value your money.
To make the process easy, Auralika offers a simple 3-step return policy. Once your return is approved, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases.
3-Step Return Process
1. Inform
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please email the following details to:

Product name
Clear image of the product
Order details
We will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved.
2. Return
Once your return request is approved:
Ship the product back to us within 7 days from the approval date.
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Please pack the product securely in the original box/packaging.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details via email once the shipment is dispatched.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product is used.
The product is damaged.
The product is sent without original packaging.
3. Refund
Once we receive the returned package:
We will confirm receipt within 24–48 hours.
The product will undergo a quality check.
After verification, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, customers can choose:
Refund coupon code
OR
Refund to the original payment method (5% deduction towards payment gateway charges applies).

Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued only in the form of a coupon code.
Coupon code conditions:
Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Single-use only.
Cannot be reused once applied to an order.
Applicable Deductions
Non-Acceptance of Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is not accepted at delivery and is returned to our warehouse:
₹200 will be deducted towards forward and reverse shipping charges.
The remaining balance will be issued as a refund coupon code via email.
No refund will be provided to the original payment method for such returned orders.
Coupon Code Usage
If a refund coupon code is used to place a new order and that order is not accepted, the coupon code will expire permanently and cannot be reissued.
Customers are requested to ensure that orders placed using coupon codes are accepted at delivery.
Duplicate Online Payments
If payment is deducted from your card or wallet but no order confirmation is received, please contact us before placing another order.
If a second order is placed before confirming with us, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted when processing the refund.
Return Eligibility
All products purchased from Auralika are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unused.
Products must be returned with original packaging.
Return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must reach our warehouse within 7 days of approval.
Products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not qualify for refunds.
Such items may either:
Be shipped back to the customer at ₹100 shipping cost, or
Be collected in person from our warehouse.
Refund Processing Time
Refund coupon codes will be issued within 3 working days after:
Receiving the returned product, or
Confirmation of order cancellation.
Refund coupon codes:
Cannot be combined with other offer codes.
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
Orders placed using refund coupon codes cannot apply additional discount codes.
Damaged Product Received
All products undergo a 3-Level Quality Check before dispatch and are packed carefully to ensure safe delivery.
However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit due to courier handling.
Step 1 – Inform Within 48 Hours
Please:
Record a clear unboxing video, or
Take photos showing the damage.
Email the details within 48 hours of delivery to:
Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
Step 2 – Reverse Pickup (India Only)
If the return is approved:
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
Please keep the product ready for pickup.
Failure to provide the product during pickup may result in pickup cancellation, and the customer may need to ship the product back at their own cost.
Step 3 – Resolution
Once the reverse pickup is completed:
We will either:
Ship a replacement product (subject to availability), or
Issue a refund coupon code equal to the product value.
The refund coupon code will be valid for 1 year.
⚠️ Monetary refunds will not be provided for replacement or damage cases.
