SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – INDIA

Auralika ships to all pin codes across India. We have partnered with leading logistics service providers to ensure your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

Auralika orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details of your shipment.

In case of any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email and inform you about the expected delay.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

ORDER DELIVERY

Within India:

Our logistics partners usually deliver shipments within:

2–3 days for metro cities, 5–7 days for non-metro cities

The delivery timeline is calculated from the date of dispatch.

However, in rare cases or due to unforeseen operational issues, delivery may take longer than expected. We recommend tracking your shipment using the details sent to your registered email address.

IMPORTANT NOTE

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for receiving deliveries in India. Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system.

If the OTP cannot be provided at the time of delivery, the shipment may be marked as non-delivered and returned to our warehouse. This is beyond our control.

If the package is returned due to OTP failure or non-receipt, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping the order.

Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders, ₹125 Shipping/Cash Handling Charge on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
