Damaged Products
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach customers in proper condition.
However, damages caused during transit by courier services are beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged product:

Attach clear images of the damaged product.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same or similar product based on stock availability.
⚠️ Claims for damaged products received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners typically attempt delivery up to three times.
If the shipment is not accepted or collected by the customer, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Customers may request re-shipment of the order, subject to the following conditions:
₹200 additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping.
Cash on Delivery orders returned to us will only be re-shipped after full online payment is made, including the additional shipping charges.
